Episode 12 : Accomplishments Mean Nothing
In todays episode I'm asking everyone to take their all accomplishments and keep them for the resume. This industry is so polluted with having to prove worthiness and value even after the audition room. I have sat through enough conversations where the only concern is to list out all their accomplishments. I think its time to stop the "One Up" culture. But how do we start being more aware of our need to compete when its not a competition ? I'll be discussing my most recent encounter like this on set and how I choose to change the conversation.
