I discuss a bonus episode from that psychedelic assisted therapy Summit. It was beautiful, a number of theories, connections that we can see between all these different protocols. The only disconnect seems to be the words, or the terms, or the style in which they present the information. A big takeaway is: it looks like they're learning some of the problems that were in mindfulness based therapy, cognitive therapy, and some of the other cognitive based therapies are being updated with the impermanence that was missing. Adding the understanding that thoughts are temporary and they're not real. Kind of ties into what I was talking about with kasina practice, importance of impermanence, and 'not self'.
