For your first meditation on Mind Over Blog, I am guiding you through a progressive relaxation meditation.

I find progressive relaxation meditations one of the easiest (and most relaxing) ways to meditate and is perfect for practitioners from newbie to long time practitioner.

Relax from head to toe, focusing on your body learning to tune inwards and keeping your thoughts focused on one thing.
