After three years, Rwanda has opened its busiest land border with Uganda again.\nThe Gatuna-Katuna crossing was closed in 2019 when tensions increased between the two countries.\nRwanda had accused Uganda of harassing its citizens and sheltering rebels they thought were trying overthrow its government.\nKampala said Kigali had been trying to infiltrate its intelligence services with spies.\nThe border may have reopened but it doesn\u2019t necessarily mean a complete return to warmer diplomatic relations between the neighbours.\nThe closure also had an impact on people\u2019s lives, as well as on trade. \nSo what about those people living either side of the boundary; what does the reopening mean?
