Why has flooding in KwaZulu-Natal been so devastating?
In April, the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal experienced a period of heavy rainfall. \nIt caused flooding that killed more than 400 people.\nMany are still unaccounted for and tens of thousands were made homeless.\nIn recent days, the rains have returned putting more people in danger and without homes.\nBut why has the flooding been so devastating?\nAfrica Daily\u2019s Mpho Lakaje has travelled to the province to find out.
