The power of saying "NO"
b'Do you have a hard time saying \\u201cNO\\u201d?
If you do, I want you to know that I do too! As an enneagram 9w8 I\\u2019m a people pleaser, but I immediately regret and resent you (the person I pleased) for me saying yes to you.
Totally rational and fair, right?! *insert eye roll*
But in our businesses, and our personal lives for that matter, saying \\u201cNO\\u201d has to be done. By saying \\u201cYES\\u201d all the time to everything and everyone it\\u2019s a drain. And if you\\u2019re showing up to serve your clients or even your family, drained, I\\u2019d argue you\\u2019re doing them a HUGE disservice and those two groups of people deserve your best.
By saying \\u201cNO\\u201d to things that don\\u2019t 100% serve you, you are saying \\u201cYES\\u201d to your goals, your future, and your expertise.
I view saying "NO" as a revenue-producing activity!
