A listener shares his story of overcoming problematic drinking and now others are asking him to help them.

2. I\\u2019m at an impasse and don\\u2019t know where to take my skills.

3. I have had NUMEROUS interviews that they seemed excited and then all of a sudden, it flops.

4. I want to strike it on my own but I have this fear of not getting any business.

5. I am retiring from the government after 31 years and have started a leadership consulting business. It just so happens that I retire "48 days" from today. I am looking for some simple checklist items to follow to cover the bases to get this going in the right direction.
