b"1.\\xa0 Do you and Dave Ramsey ever debate your ideologies?\\xa0 I find it cool that the both of you are such good friends but there are some ideological differences in your messages.\\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\n2.\\xa0 I know you aren't\\xa0fond of people finding JOBS to get by but instead encourage people to do something they love.\\xa0 But since we have debt and\\xa0I still need to bring in a steady income\\xa0I am looking for a job.\\xa0 \\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\n3.\\xa0 I'm a music teacher and absolutely love my job. Our salaries are based on a chart with our number of years and education level. I'm working on a master's degree. I teach lessons and perform concerts. What are some other ways I could increase my income, especially when all school districts have the same type of pay scale?\\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\n4.\\xa0 My friend\\xa0is a newlywed aged 40 and with major heart issues. He has been unable to find full time employment, so at the moment is working PT.\\xa0What would you suggest he do? His wife also has been unable to land employment and they do not have much support, and\\xa0I have a bad feeling they may be on welfare one day soon.\\xa0 \\n\\n5.\\xa0 Was wondering if you have experienced any turnover rates for your contract positions.\\xa0 I know you've said you have no employees. So, I was wondering in some positions do they leave because they have the need for medical benefits? Do you get any resentment or questions about providing health insurance?\\n\\n\\xa0\\nLearn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices"
