Episode 245 - Getting Help
In this episode, Kellan talks about the options for help and asking for it when in need. Sometimes we feel that help is only for the weak, and if we were really good, we wouldn’t need help. Whoever wrote that script, wrote it not only false but also dangerous. We are social creatures needing one another. Living alone is living incomplete- there’s no point in doing that.
Kellan shares how a secret dealing with his mental illness for four decades had him face the wrath of negative emotions self-loathing, lack of confidence, self-sabotage, and losing self-worth. Fixing his broken self and dealing with all the negativity people hit him with, took him downhill every time. You should know always that no one can take away your joy or prosperity from you, neither can anyone create them for you.
