In this episode, we will carry on from yesterday's "What's in a Though" even further. Thinking takes work. If you play hard all day and you come in tired, it is no surprise. If you go through an emotionally challenging experience you are exhausted. If you think hard at work all day and focus your concentration for an extended period, it is also hard. Thinking takes energy. It's the creative genesis of all things. In Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, he taught the principle of “begin with the end in mind.” This is to say, think first and will facilitate creation. Thought is the very foundation of creation. You begin with the end in mind even when you don't know you're doing it. Think of the number of times you expect failure. Then it shows up for you. Choose your intentions carefully.
