Half the time, Rick would email me minutes before our scheduled time \u2013 or even the day after \u2013 to \u201cinform\u201d me that we needed to reschedule.\n\nWith \u201cgrrrr\u201d running through my mind, I\u2019d remind him of my cancellation policy, but I\u2019d still offer another time.\n\nFinally we (yes, both of us) escalated to the \u201care-you-out-of-your-freaking-mind?!\u201d level.
