Kelly Skeval is a real estate investor, agent, wife, and mother. She and her husband have been investing in real estate for 10 years. They purchased their first single-family property in their mid 20’s and immediately turned it into a duplex where the tenants rent paid for their entire mortgage and taxes. Through hard work and discipline, they continued to grow their portfolio using many forms of financing including commercial loans, seller notes, hard money, and combinations. Kelly is passionate about sharing her story and believes that anyone can get started in real estate investing with some courage and knowledge.
