This was the big news I had been wanting to share with everyone, but I just had to wait for a closing to take place and money to be moved!! Now that it is all said and done – I paid off $50,000 worth of debt with 1 real estate investment. Not just any real estate investment; my first one – where I was educated enough to be dangerous (everything I share on Women Building Wealth), but still just hoping I understood what I was doing!
