National Weather Service Speaks on Flooding in Cairo and Paducah

Residents of the Mississippi and Ohio River Valleys have seen their fair share of flooding the past two days, but they're not in the clear yet. But if the Army Corp. of Engineers has their way, pressure on the main levee in Cairo will be relieved at the expense of Mississippi County, Missouri residents. David Schmoll speaks with National Weather Service meteorologist Rachel Trevino (trev-ee-no) about the near record setting flooding.
