Maiden Alley Cinema presents "A Single Man"

"Most Criminally Overlooked" could be the only honor the movie A Single Man from first-time director Tom Ford and Colin Firth took away from the 82nd Academy Awards. Firth was nominated for Best Actor in this film based on a 1964 novel by Christopher Isherwood, but lost to Jeff Bridges. Larry Thomas and Todd Hatton talk about this story of a closeted professor in 1962 Los Angeles facing life without the man he loved, playing this week at Maiden Alley Cinema in Paducah.
