Those are the odds of finding a four-leaf clover on the first try, but, those are also the odds of ending up with a combination of debilitating neurological disorders that plague a Paducah couple's son. After four long years fraught with complications and devastating diagnoses, this young boy has regressed from a normal 4-year-old now to an 8-year-old boy with the mental capacity of a 15-month-old.
