Broadbent Preserves Kentucky Country Ham Recipe

Curing ham is a culinary art form unique to Kentucky and other mid-south states. Broadbent Hams has been producing country ham, bacon, and sausage for commercial retail since the 1960s. The family recipe started in Trigg County years before. In the mid eighties, Ronny Drennan and his wife bought the business, and moved it to Kuttawa. The Drennans have been producing prize-winning ham ever since.
