Banjo virtuoso Alison Brown is featured artist at MSU's Provost's Concert

Banjo virtuoso Alison Brown is featured at Murray State's annual Provost's Concert next Thursday at 8 pm in Lovett Auditorium. Brown is a Harvard graduate, secured an MBA at UCLA, worked as an investment banker and later formed Compass Records with her husband and agent Garry West. She began her professional musical career with the bluegrass group Alison Krauss and Union Station. She spoke recently with Mark Welch from her office at Compass Records.
