"But Everyones Doing It!!" Not a Great Defense to Compliance Violations
The speed limit\u2019s 70 mph. I\u2019m not going to tell you how fast I\u2019m going, but I\u2019m going with the flow of traffic, which is traveling at a lot more than the speed limit. Would a defense of, "but everyone is speeding" actually work?
