  • Words have meaning. For example, I hate being called CEO and startups are full of buzz words that, as Nick says, lack any real clarity, depth or meaning.\xa0
  • Words need to be in priority. For example, content on a page.\xa0
  • The power of questions: Why am I failing? Why am I not doing better yet?\xa0
  • Keep it snappy. What you do: Create a long sentence, then chop it down to 5 words of less.\xa0
  • There are 3 levels of content. Alert, info & contractual.\xa0
