Meet Pedro "Petey Primo" Medina. His passion for cooking started about 35 years ago from watching his mom host parties and seeing how happy everyone was from eating. He started cooking professionally 25 years ago with a dream of becoming a sous chef. Pedro couldn't afford culinary school so he had to start from the bottom. Predo has been on a this quest for more than 20 years traveling to states to trying different foods. Also, countless hours of cooking shows. His dream has always been to open a restaurant.
