How to Negotiate with the Andy Factory brothers.

The Andy Brothers founded Andy Factory when they were five! They made cookies for a homeschool project. Their mom assigned four of them the task of creating a business. The next time they were assigned the project, Andy kept the name and changed the product. Shortly after the Andy Brothers delved into the world of sauce and made Uncle Andy’s Mambo Sauce. It was a hit! they sold out within a few hours at my first fair.

In the years following, they've received scores of requests for more sauce. Their mom encouraged them to go big and introduce the Mambo Sauce to the world, but Andy was nervous, but his older brother Nyles (Bee) said he’d join him. With his older brother by his side (I love that dude) handling all things administrative, they are taking on the sauce world. Andy changed the name of the sauce to honor my maternal grandfather, Lt. Col Wardell Guyton, aka Poppy. Their family has experienced lots of ups and downs recently, and I really wanted to honor a great man in my life.

Andy Factory is not just tying to sell you a sauce, No, this is history. This is a feeling. They want to introduce you to the vibrant world and strong culture my mother relayed to us as we drove around DC looking for wings and mumbo sauce from her favorite places. The Andy Brothers want to share the photos I’ve grown up seeing of her and her friends enjoying the city that brought this sauce to life. They want to bring the creation that DC birthed to the nation. They may even teach you a word or two from her DC vocabulary lessons she would teach us!
