Published: Dec. 25, 2019, 3 a.m.

On this weeks episode Cassie and Daniel record in the same room in more than a year!  The pair talk about their stay in old town Alexandria while Cassie and Matt are back east for Thanksgiving.  Daniel talks about his staycation in old town while Matt is off working.

To celebrate the Christmas season the hosts share a bottle of the holiday favorite gluhwein.

The hosts mix things up a bit by doing a secret santa of murder; each picking the case the other will cover!  Cassie heads north of the border to Canada for the historic case of the murder of Thomas Kinnear which was written about by Margaret Atwood in Alias Grace.  Daniel heads to the Emerald City for the bizarre case involving stolen butter in the case of Marshall George Coniff.
