On this week's episode hosts Cassie and Daniel start out the episode super giggly and Daniel tells Cassie all about his brunch at Lincoln, the site of the hosts first ever meeting.  Daniel talks about a whole plan that he had to get Cassie a shirt from Lincoln that she wanted only to discover they no longer sell shirts.  Cassie in the spirit of full disclosure tells listeners about why they pair had not recorded in several weeks due to a whole glass of wine getting spilled on her brand new computer.  The hosts discuss how they both experienced withdraw from not having recorded in weeks and not having seen each other.  Cassie tells Daniel about how she and Matt bought and played risk and have yet to kill each other somehow.  Daniel tells Cassie about the snow storm that hit the greater DC area and how it felt weird because it snowed before Thanksgiving.  Daniel tells Cassie an interesting story about a panhandler who apparently accepts Visa much to Daniel's surprise.

The hosts celebrate national sangria day by revisiting sangria but this time with more winter spices and fruits to fit the holiday season.

Cassie sticks in her and Matthew's newly adopted home state of Colorado to cover the case of Shawna Nelson.  Daniel heads to the bluegrass state for the questionable case of the Ashland Tragedy where the truth was not so easily discerned.
