When looking through her book, she suggests setting goals and giving praise when accomplished, catching yourself doing something right and being proud, to never compare yourselves to others, and ask yourself your highlight or reflect on your day\u2019s accomplishments. She felt like these were the best tips to start loving and valuing your contribution.
