Jody Padar wrote the book that started the revolution of new generation accounting professionals. And she hasn\u2019t looked back since, continuing to radicalize others. And when she\u2019s not doing that, she swims competitively through the Illinois Masters Swimming Association.

\nJody Padar is the CEO and principal of the Chicago-based firm New Vision CPA Group, which she transformed into a technologically advanced, paperless work environment. She is a regular contributor to a number of industry publications, including CPA Trendlines, and has been named by Accounting Today as \u201cthe Top 100 Most Influential to the Profession\u201d for four years in a row.
