I sat down with Ciaran Smith a few weeks ago to discuss something that is a real dream for so many people, opening his own bar.
Ciaran, along with his business partner Aaron Wall, opened Homeboy Bar 2 years ago in London. Since its original opening, he has managed secure a second location & in the last week he has launched a new businesss, 'The Bottle Shop"
