The Power of Choice
With the United States Supreme Court ruling to overturn Roe vs. Wade, I\u2019ve been feeling angry, sad, and deeply concerned about the impact this decision will have.\xa0 I\u2019ve also been thinking about the importance and power of choice - both in terms of this specific decision and also in terms of how we react to challenging circumstances.\xa0 Viktor Frankl famously said, \u201cBetween stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.\xa0 In our response lies our growth and freedom.\u201d\xa0 On this episode I talk about the difficulty and necessity of this concept right now and how we can choose to respond to what\u2019s happening.
