Self-Compassion

I can be pretty harsh and critical of myself at times.\xa0 And even though I know how important self-compassion is, I still find it to be challenging.\xa0 On this episode I talk about some of the reasons it can be hard for us to have compassion for ourselves.\xa0 I also explore the three components of self-compassion and talk about why it is essential for us, our relationships, and our teams.\xa0\xa0
