Leadership is always important and challenging, especially in the times we find ourselves in right now.\xa0 On this episode, I had a chance to talk to a great leader and one of my favorite people, Dheeraj Pandey.\xa0 Dheeraj co-founded Nutanix in 2009 and was their CEO for over 11 years.\xa0 He\u2019s currently on the board of Adobe and has had an incredibly successful career as an engineer, a leader, an entrepreneur, and as a co-founder and CEO of a rapidly-growing start-up that he took public in 2016.\xa0 In this conversation, we discuss the importance of curiosity, anti-fragility, authenticity, and more in today\u2019s ever-changing world.
