Published: April 8, 2020, 3:18 p.m.

On today\u2019s show I talk about the intense paradox of this moment in time.\xa0 Things are uncertain, scary, confusing, and challenging in so many ways.\xa0 And, yet, there is so much opportunity for growth, and a recognition of love, beauty, and togetherness - even as most of us are physically separated right now.\xa0 For us as leaders, parents, and human beings, being able to embrace the paradox of this moment and navigate through the contradictory emotions we are having are essential to our well-being and success, and that of those around us.
