It\u2019s the last day of 2019.\xa0 We\u2019re about to start 2020. There\u2019s often a focus around this time of year on \u2018new year, new you\u2019 and making resolutions. This can be tricky for a number of reasons.\xa0 If we go about it consciously, it can be a sacred and powerful time of creation as we step into the new year.\xa0 In this episode, I have some specific questions to help guide your process of creation for the new year.\xa0 I also share some thoughts about how you can think about your goals at different levels \u2014 intentions, outcomes, and actions.
