Create Psychological Safety
On today\u2019s show I talk about creating psychological safety, which is Pillar #1 from my new book, We\u2019re All in This Together: Creating a Team Culture of High Performance, Trust, and Belonging.\xa0 Psychological safety is essentially group trust, and it is foundational to the success of any team.\xa0 When we create an environment within our team that is safe for risk-taking, disagreement, failure, boldness, and authenticity, we\u2019re able to innovate, perform, and thrive.\xa0 This isn\u2019t easy, but it\u2019s so important, especially right now.
