Healthy habits are important for our wellbeing and performance.\xa0 However, if we become obsessive about our behaviors related to work, food, money, exercise, achievement, and more - it can be detrimental and even dangerous.\xa0 On this episode, I talk about how and why some things we consider positive can become problematic and how to keep things in perspective when it comes to taking care of ourselves and creating success.
