26: Focus on having multiple income sources with Rodney Miller
Rodney left corporate job over 25 years ago and started operating medical clinics. He owns medical clinics in Oklahoma city. He realized he doesn't have any retirement built so started investing in real estate. He has done wholesaling, flipping, owner financing and buy and hold of SFRs.
