Nicholas began in 2011 at UC Funds, a national commercial lender. During his eight years with UC Funds, he underwrote and closed more than 200 transactions totaling over $2 billion in value. Those deals were in multiple asset classes (multifamily, hospitality, retail, and industrial) spread across the country. He was exposed to a wide array of markets grew, the complementary disciplines of urban economics and real estate development became his passion.
