New Zealand is a small country in the South Pacific, for those who \\xa0\\xa0don\\u2019t know us. Comprising of two main Islands, the North and the South \\xa0\\xa0Islands. We are the last stop, and the main gateway to most countries \\xa0in \\xa0the world who have bases in the Antarctic. So geographically we are a \\xa0\\xa0fairly isolated country, however, our isolation does not preclude us \\xa0\\xa0from our fair share of UFO sightings and encounters\\u2026. \\xa0This episode is \\xa0about our most famous sighting. One that made the news all over the \\xa0world and is widely regarded as being in the world\\\\'s top ten credible, \\xa0filmed UFO encounters.

In this episode I \\xa0go over a timeline of the events on both nights \\xa0and basic rundown of the over all events. Also, I am very thrilled to \\xa0have one of the last surviving professional witnesses to those \\xa0encounters. My guest is a gentleman, now in his late eighties, who was \\xa0on duty and in control of the Wellington \\xa0Air Traffic Control Center at \\xa0the time of these incidents. He is so kind as to share his recollection \\xa0of the events with us all. His name is John Cordy. \\xa0John shares with us \\xa0his recollections of how the events unfolded and the ongoing effect this \\xa0has had on his life
