How often are you reevaluating your constraints? The birth of the internet brought the 3-minute video into all of our lives, and there it remains. But should it? Today I'm doing my best to convince you that it is time for the 3-minute video to die. In 2020 it is time to focus on the less than 30-second range and the higher than ten-minute range.
