In this episode, Joe is joined by Air Force retiree and D1 Training franchisee John Rose. As he prepared for his military retirement, John participated in the Skillbridge program and was later hired by the company he interned with. Inspired by his daughters\u2019 athletic training regimen, John saw the need for more training centers focused on the needs of athletes. John discusses why he decided to go the franchise route and how he funded his initial investment for his business.
