Lisa Steptoe, spouse of Ron Steptoe, is a Board Member of The Steptoe Group. A West Point grad, Lisa and Ron met there and have gone through their trials and tribulations in the military together. Beginning as a computer science major, she ended up in math and electrical engineering. Ron always had the vision of leading his own organization, so after their service, they divided their time between planning and keeping a job to keep the lights on. Lisa was "optimized" out of her job, and her generous severance package was the startup capital for the start of The Steptoe Group.
