Lowering Stress this Holiday Season, Taking Care of Yourself, and Preparing to Live in the Moment

Can you smell the Christmas cookies baking and the turkey roasting? We can! Holiday season is upon us! The holidays are a time of joy, love, and lots of fun; however, it can also be one of the most stressful times of the year. From trying to get all the things done, to going to every family event, it can be a lot to take in and can even take a toll on our health. We wanted to give you some of our best advice on how to go into this holiday season with less stress. We break down seven different ways you can bring back peace to the season and even some ways to better prepare your mind, body, and soul for 2020.

We know that holidays aren't always a happy time for everyone. Some of us have lost loved ones and we are trying to get through the season without them. Others may be some toxic environments that they feel they have to be in for the holidays.
