Blair Levin is currently a nonresident fellow with the Brookings Institution and a policy advisor at New Street. Blair\u2019s worked for the past 25 years at a high level at the intersection of broadband policy and capital markets. And most importantly for the purpose of this conversation, he led the FCC\u2019s national broadband plan back in 2009 to 2010.
