#84 Change Orders
When it comes to building a custom home, just remember, this is a prototype! It's never been built before! With that being said, the inevitible will happen and that's what we call a change order. This isn't always a bad thing and those two words more often get a bad wrap!
Today the three of us discuss what change orders are, why they happen, ways to try to avoid some of them and why they have an associated cost to them.
