Since you may not have time to train them like full time employees, you\u2019ll need to ask questions and get references. This is also a good time to be sure you have company mission statement. Don\u2019t be afraid to share it with your subs to let them know who you are. If they are not interested in seeing it, then you\u2019re not interested in hiring them."
