Steffaney Zohrabyan works on Sales Enablement Technology Programs at T-Mobile.  In this session, with The Collaborator, she discusses “how we've really transformed our sales enablement at T-Mobile over the past year. We've restructured our teams to include coaching programs, especially virtual coaching via Bigtincan, we have completely replaced paper based job aids for platform training with the tool WalkMe, and we have moved away from more traditional training methods to short, micro-learning videos created with vyond for everything form communication initiatives to T-Mobile technology learning."

Steffaney shared a ton of insight around tools and approaches they have been using over the last few months as they embrace all of the changes taking place (Covid, their purchase of Sprint, and more).

1️⃣At the end of the session she reminds of us of a key point. Enablement is Change Management. While they use the ADKAR change management approach, which is awesome, the key point is to look to formalize your change/enablement process to ensure you are not simply delivering great value in the moment, but that you reinforce the value over time to continue to create lasting change, and lasting value, for the business.

2️⃣She shared an excellent use of technology to serve up learning and reinforcement at the time of need (using WalkMe in their CRM system).

Give a listen as there is a lot of great stuff in here.
