I wanted to spotlight, however, key points about Enablement that I don't always hear, but always agree with:

1️⃣ Feel free to try new things and get comfortable with occasionally failing. Learn from it, adjust, and keep going.

2️⃣ A training program does not require that you actually deliver in-person training. There are so many ways to get information across and to reinforce it.

3️⃣ Your managers need to be involved in the development of your Enablement programs, and the roll-out, and the reinforcement. If they are not, you will likely fail.
