How do you keep your sales training engaging?

Amanda Yanushefski is the Revenue Enablement Manager at 15Five.  In this session with The Collaborator, Amanda shared her thoughts on several topics, including tips on how to keep training engaging.

Key tips included:

1️⃣ Collaborate with managers/leaders to determine the priorities for the teams.


2️⃣ Schedule, schedule, schedule.  Schedule your training based upon the priorities and try to build off of prior trainings to drive reinforcement on topics.

And... Schedule blocks of time each day for deep work, time for you to get work done on your priorities.


3️⃣ To keep training engaging, use tools to help teams prepare for the training (give assignments like come prepared with a deal to work on), put people into breakout rooms with 3-4 people to collaborate on the topic, and capture that learning.
