Leah Jantzen is is our scrappy unicorn! Staying scrappy is her secret sauce. What is being scrappy? It's the idea that you can figure out a way to accomplish any goal without having all the fancy tools and best equipment... If you're scrappy, you grind through and piece together a solution. 

We are so grateful that she is here to remind us that as long as you are moving, you are making progress. And sometimes that progress leads to being in the top 1% of triathletes in the world. Trust us, you want to tune in!

Leah is most recently working with athletes who are looking for their own secret formula to level up. With her gift of intuition, she can tell people what they need to hear so they can get out of their own way and reach their finish line. But her method and strategy work for business too! Leah's answer to "How do you do it?" is genius. "I'm just more comfortable being uncomfortable than you". Leah wants you to know that you can practice that and even get good at it. Think of it the way that she does when she is training: this is your practice, and eventually, you will be a pro. Take it an increment at a time and challenge your own best.

Even, and especially, scrappy unicorns can best themselves. You just have to decide to do it and then don\u2019t stop. That\u2019s the genius of the scrappy system. You scrape together what you need to do however you need to do it, and that\u2019s your system. It doesn\u2019t have to be pretty or savvy. It simply has to work.
