How I snapped out of my misery when I became a widow and lost my baby.

Our perspective is what creates our beliefs, and our beliefs are what dictate our actions.\n\nOne of the reasons we can get stuck, is when we chose to focus on what we don\u2019t have.\n\nWhen we start focusing on what we DO have, that\u2019s when magic happens!\nYou will start to create more of what you already have and what you are grateful for!\nEven bigger and better!\nGratitude is a natural anti depressant.\n\nStory time\u2026when I became a widow super young, I was back at the drawing board.\nI could have wallowed in my misery.\nOr snapped out of it, and step into a stronger version of myself.\n\nOf course this didn\u2019t happen overnight.\nMy land lord in Beverly Hills, put me in my place, rightfully so, and that was a wake up call for me.\n\nI went on long daily walks for hours on end in Beverly Hills and Hollywood with airpods in listening to all the self development podcasts I could find.\n\nMoved to a smaller, affordable place, still had to go back to dancing, and I Airbnb\u2019d my place out.\nThat meant I had to crash on friends couches though for a while.\n\nGosh I can tell you all the juicy stories of that time\u2026.got a minute?!\U0001f92a\U0001f440\U0001f648
