Paula Andrea Placido is best known for her role of Gina Solis, a\xa0Major Recurring Guest Star on the new Peacock show - Apples\xa0Never Fall.

Paula is a first-generation American Actor and Painter. She is of\xa0Italian, Argentine and Colombian Indigenous descent, born in\xa0Dominican Republic and raised in West Palm Beach, FL.

Paula attended art school growing up, focusing on visual and\xa0dramatic arts. After graduating and saving enough money by\xa0working at a retirement home, she moved to Los Angeles to
pursue a career in acting.

She got her start in entertainment doing commercials for\xa0Apple, AT&T, and Walmart before recurring on Showtime\u2019s\xa0Shameless, and has guest starred on HBO Max\u2019s Hacks and
Fox\u2019s The Resident. She can also be seen in Star Trek: Picard, The L Word: Generation Q and Fallout.

Paula is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and when she\u2019s\xa0not working, she\u2019s riding her Harley on the PCH, doing outdoor\xa0activities with her Pitbull Simba and spending time with her
nieces and nephews.
